Sales assistants from many of our branches attended a staff training day with Ecco this week in the beautiful setting of Great Malvern's Mount Pleasant Hotel. Besides the plentiful amount of chocolate on offer :-)... we were able to learn about the Ecco brand, the whole manufacturing process as well as various ways we can better serve our customers in-store.
We thought we would share some of the things we learnt with you here.
